Todd's work is outstanding. He takes pride in everything he does and accomplishes the jobs to perfection. He beautified our property, cutting down dead trees, clearing brush and leaves that really needed to be removed and disposed of them. Todd refurbished our patio to a beautiful relaxing area, he sanded and painted both vherrandas enhancing the appearance of our home.

It is with great pleasure that we write this letter of recommendation for HomePro Canada - Mr. Todd Fearnley. Mr. Fearnley managed and completed the work required for the redesign and construction of the main floor rooms of our 1500 ft2 home.

We are ecstatic about the results Todd achieved. He handled all aspects of our renovation including demolition, insulation, structural reinforcement, finished carpentry and painting. His work is of impeccable quality and taste. His attention to detail, coordination and execution has resulted in a complete transformation of our living space. It is a true testament to his talent that relatives, friends and guests who visit our home are in awe of the change.

Todd’s work ethic is beyond compare. He gave 150% effort every day coupled with a positive attitude. At the same time, it was such a pleasure that Todd was fastidious about keeping the job site clean and organized throughout the project. In addition, Todd directed and scheduled electrical and plumbing sub-contractors on time and seamlessly.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Todd. He listened to our ideas but also brought his own original thoughts to the table, creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing look for us in our home. In particular, Todd was able to suggest and make trim and storage space design changes along the way that made all the difference.

We felt comfortable with Todd’s knowledge, contacts and pricing. Todd was 100% accurate in his assessment of what was required from both a materials and labour standpoint. He always kept our budget in mind and came up with creative solutions that reduced our costs while keeping the project on time.
